A lidded caddy....a tea caddy or an object to contain something or nothing
Thrown, trimmed and incised from an iron rich clay blend with a locally collected red sand stone grit, some of which has emerged from under the glaze layer. The glaze is my regular Cornish Stone and Dolomite glaze but with an additional dip of ash glaze.
Approx 13.5cm tall
Gas/wood fired to around 1300°C in a reduction atmosphere.
