A large wall hung plate.
Thrown and trimmed from an iron rich clay. Brushed estuarine silt, brushed bisque slip and Cornish stone and Dolomite glaze pours . The combination of these layers gives a very interesting and variegated surface quality evoking landscape or a tempestuous seascape.
The piece has a wire hanger attached.

Gas/wood fired to approximately 1300°C in a reduction atmosphere.
